Change can be a good thing

Published: February 3, 2022

Sometimes in business, it’s easy to stay in your comfort zone when you have built a solid and successful business, have a great professional reputation and have a team around you of trusted and reliable individuals with the same work ethic and attention to detail that you do. ” it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”, right?  The truth is that change can be a good thing. I bet there are few businesses out there who haven’t changed in some way, shape or form since those early days whether that was one year ago or ten! Change is natural as we find out own place in the market, our own unique selling point that sets us apart from the rest.  Personally Virtual has changed since its inception, from a team of one offering support to smaller organisations and single individuals in corporate settings, to supporting entire teams within multi-national organisations with a group of great business support professionals around me.

Over the years, the Personally Virtual team has come to specialise in supporting ambitious, busy and growing businesses who need an extra pair of hands (or many!) to work more efficiently. We provide high-quality diary and email management support, coordinate large event attendance lists, and can arrange travel and transport so you don’t have to. We can also deal with all your contacts, including advisory boards and senior stakeholders, with confidence, professionalism and discretion. The support we provide has always been of the same high quality, but our team and specialisms have grown and developed over time, we’ve matured like a fine wine (or a good cheese).  2022 will see the launch of a new website that is purpose-built to reflect the business more accurately, so keep an eye out on social media for the big reveal. Change is a natural aspect of life, the universe and everything, from Darwin’s Evolutionary theory right through to the advent of food delivery apps (takeaway coffee to your door, anyone?), so why not embrace it in your business rather than rest on your laurels in your comfort zone in 2022? Go on, you know you want to.
